We offer our services to asset owners worldwide as a one-stop shop for their property management needs, and to high-net-worth individuals in the stewardship of their UK property portfolios — including their London pieds-à-terre.
We believe that by providing state-of-the-art technologies — online FM platforms — and by closely monitoring each property under our care through detailed CAPEX, we substantially contribute to increasing the value of those properties.

Poune Asset Management is a voluntary member of the codes of practice listed below. These memberships give sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants assurance of the highest level of customer service.
IWFM — CIWFM
Our Director and Founder is a Certified member (level 7) of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management — the highest grade before Fellowship.
TPI — MTPI
Residential blocks demand deep technical experience. All our managers are at minimum Associate TPI; our Director is a full member (MTPI).
Propertymark — FARLA / MNAEA
Our Founder is a Fellow of ARLA (FARLA) and a Member of the National Agency of Estate Agents Commercial (now Propertymark).
Property Ombudsman
As required by law we maintain registered mediator membership; registration is currently transitioning to a new provider.
