The Property Institute. Residential blocks demand deep technical knowledge, and all our property managers and assistants are, or are studying towards, becoming a full member of the TPI.

Another professional body that is the reference in their industry, covering residential and commercial assets.
Property Ombudsman
As required by law we maintain registered mediator membership; registration is currently transitioning to a new provider.
